Let It Snow!!!
So far 2018 has been unusually warm, dry and sunny. Don’t get me wrong, doing a little yard work in a t-shirt in January while enjoying the beautiful blue sky and bright sunshine isn’t all bad. Especially when the valley is socked in with fog. But, I have to admit, I love winter and a good snow storm. The news is saying there is one coming in tonight and tomorrow…yay. In the mean time, I did a little reflecting on some of the great winters we have had here over the years and compiled a little photo tour down memory lane:
These are the neighbor's horses, two doors down from us saying hello as we went for a walk to enjoy the fresh snowfall.
And here are a couple of shots of what Shaver is supposed to look like in January - skier’s paradise.
I do love getting up in the morning, sitting up in bed and enjoying this view.
Even our border collie loves the snow 😀
So here’s hoping that this next storm brings us a little of the white stuff. In the meantime…cheers!
